have same problem how long do you suggest to wait, and if the completion of the task is time based on gamehag why even bother ask for a screenshot? is there even anybody whop even look at it ?! feels totaly automated to me ???
if want to show yr nickname and yr castle lv, u need to go click the icon which is "world" that can be found on yr bottom right screen
