The Legend of Zelda is a much-loved video game franchise and one of the most loved games in this franchise is, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Breath of the Wild is an open-world action-adventure game where you explore the kingdom of Hyrule after sleeping for 100 years. Hyrule is a kingdom of former glory now overrun with many different types of monsters.
You must go through this kingdom to save Zelda the princess of Hyrule. You must defeat a boss called Ganon who is the main antagonist of the series to save her to do so you must capture the four divine beasts
that have been taken by Ganon. You have also lost all your memories in your sleep and must recover them to get vital information to progress in the game.
In this game, you first start on the great plateau and are stuck there until you get a paraglider. You can try to jump off the side but that won’t end well for you... There is an old man you meet there who has a paraglider but will only give it to you if you complete 4 shrines and get 4 spirit orbs. Shrines are challenges that you must use wits and strategy to complete but you will be rewarded if you do so, with a spirit orb(Spirit orbs can be used to get more hearts and more stamina but only once you have collected 4 of them SIDE NOTE: You can not get more than one spirit orb per shrine). Once you get the paraglider you can move off to the main kingdom(which is huge).
Once you get off the great plateau you will have to find a person from your past called Impa she tells you the story of what happened when you confronted Ganon 100 years ago(you got badly injured and had to stay in the chamber of resurrection which is where you slept for 100 years) and gives you advice on how to move on in the game. She tells you to free the four divine beasts, Vah Ruta, Vah Medoh, Vah Rudania, and Vah Naboris each taking the shape of a different animal in mechanical form: Vah Ruta an elephant, Vah Medoh an eagle, Vah Rudania a salamander and Vah Naboris a camel.
After that, you must travel through Hyrule complete shrines and solve quests and just explore in general. Once you have captured the divine beasts and have enough gear you go to defeat Ganon who is in Hyrule castle. The boss you must defeat is called Calamity Ganon and is the strongest Ganon.
Breath of the Wild is a very satisfying game one player interview shows that when Mr.Hall said “I was so satisfied when I finished Breath of the Wild. I worked so hard and long and was not disappointed.” Breath of the Wild can also be played in Master mode(only if you have the extension pack which costs 19.99 USD on the official website) Which starts you at the beginning of the game but makes the game harder, by making enemies stronger and many other things.
The game mechanics are very easy to understand. The map is huge and free world which means you can go anywhere anytime. Also, there is no order you must follow for the quests so you can defeat Ganon before you capture the divine beasts if you are okay with being very challenged.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an incredible game with 29.8 million sales as of this March. It’s worth every cent and worth every minute you spend on it. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is definitely worth checking out. So go have some fun and thank me later.
