Buy skins or buy prime ?

I was thinking about making a budget loadout less than 50$ with a knife or buying prime and leaving skins for later I wanted people's opinion on this.

umm you can just rank up all the way to rank 21 and get prime for free, that's how I have it lol

You can get prime by reaching level 21, which can be done in a few months of playing :)
