The best tank in the game is the soviet T28, as long as you stay in arcade battles. It oneshots everything with it's insane explosive filler and angle performance.

Soviet tanks are very good in War Thunder and probably one of the most OP tech trees alongside the US, that's why there is such thing as "Russian Bias" in War Thunder. So I would recommend.
