Comment as much as possible & avoid spamming.

Dont spam or u will lost the exp like what happen to me

read some articles then comment what you think, 5 comments count as exp per day and make sure you don't spam meanless comments

Oh yeah, and I forgot to say: you can also gain XP by doing game tasks! Yes, the one's that give you SG.
