What should the sceen shot look like?

I Need Help! stuck on this problem for 3 monts already.

Take a screenshot of your full screen with Windows + PrntScr key

@SquashedDerp, I know I was saying what should I make the screenshot look like?

Like send a link on the proper screenshot.

Make it clear and your name must be the same to gamehag acc name

@Tekhour, I did all of that but it still don't work! Maybe i need to make a new account because it might be old now..

Click on your profile in warthunder, in Arcade battles section if i'm being correct there is something named Victories Take a full visible screenshot from that page, make sure your username is in the shot and it's same as your game hag account, then send it for verification, if it didn't work send a ticket to misty and fully describe your problem to her, if it doesn't work take multiple other screenshots or keep sending tickets to misty, they will accept your screenshot eventualy, this also happend to me a few times but it got fix after a while, anyways i hope you get your task accepted ;) best of luck.

My screenshots never work and it gets a bit annoying sometimes, makes it feel like this is just a scam

it is not scam at all , there is difficulty for accepting some screenshots but it works eventually.

@Simonrilley2, I just tried that and used the rune because i thought what you said works but it didnt work.. sadly i must make a new war thunder account since my account is no longer new..

Never mind.. Contacted Misty about the problem and they accepted it a few mins later :D
