Is there a windows xp emulator?
You don't need an emulator, just change settings in propeties. Right click on the game icon/Properties/Compatibility. There select Compatibility mode to run the game in Windows XP mode. Don't forget to also select run as administrator!

Hello. Can anyone tell me how to make fallout 3 run? I got it for 1099 sg and it freezes at the loading screen, not even half way through the loading screen and it crashes my computer. I tried all of the ways I could find and it still wont work.
