OOOpsie! Double buying Temtem?

Please help me, I want to change reward: Temtem game, but my points have been deducted twice. ***! support pls!

Dont worry, most rewards are not actually available, despite it being stated otherwise. If it not actually in stock like so many other, you will get your gems back in 14 days. If it is somehow available however, you will get 2 keys with no way of returning one since the site is abandoned, dead, closing, and all staff are gone, support being long shut down.
