We don't care about Misty. Make it possible to make support tickets without having to answer a billion questions from Misty. You may as well just have a FAQ instead of Misty.. It's just so lazy and I've had a support ticket open for 7 months that HAS NEVER BEEN REPLIED TO. What are you guys doing?

This is an actual great suggestion but Gamehag doesn't listen, It's their motive. Could't agree more, knock off with this useless Misty creep and actually implament a support system here for answering tickets and addressing issues and problems, which there are plenty.
If more people sent a message like this to them maybe they take notice.
