finish a task at the last time

I completed a task and sent the screenshot. 1 day later, it gave me the error that the account was not opened, although I was sure that everything was correct. I think the mistake was that a different version of the same task was added after the task expired, for this reason the link changed and this was included in my task, even though I had done a different task that required different requirements. My mission was 11lvl but this one requires 18 lvl
