yes, it is a scam. I completed two quests and they just reply to your screenshots with a "quest not completed" and reject to give you the rewards

It is a scam and if you write a review in Trustpilot. They reply that if you have any issues to contact them, but they don't have a way to contact them and if you try to open a ticket the conversation with the robot always ends in "whatever you are doing you are doing it wrong", and you won't have any chance to contact anyone.

its not really a scam, just very hard to get to level 3 and actually get your rewards

no it's not, the reviews on trustpilot say it all honestly. furthermore, i've already got some rewards myself such as cd-keys for steam. it's trustworthy dw!
