My quest is getting rejected for no reason?

So as I supposedly should i made an account from the site, I installed it from there USING gamehag. Launched up the game, played for about an hour and did all the needed 8 wins( accidentaly got 9 because i didn't notice) and 40+ eliminations because it's kinda impossible to win without getting them. So my question is - where did i go wrong?

Edit: I forgot to mention the reason it was rejected. " It seem like you haven't registered a new account in the game." Even tho i have 59 minutes of gameplay?
