how to get first quest accepted

i created an account 1 day ago, completed the first task (upgrade engine house to level 4) and then send a screenshot. Although the screenshot also showed my account being level 1 and still doing the tutorials, i still got rejected because my account "wasn't new" so yeah how do i prove it is a brand new account

different screenshot, same result again. perhaps the mods simply does not want to actually check if its new or not or even explain how to prove it is
