HELP! Bought chest on accident

I accidentally clicked on a Paladin Chest on the store, and I don't want it. I don't even have WoW or anything. Is there any way I could get my 300 SG back? I haven't opened the chest

I already tried talking on the Discord but nobody answers. And I sent a ticket and I'm waiting for an answer. But does somebody DEFINITELY knows if there's something that can be done?

Turns out, you can't get a refund on a chest.

However, you can sell the thing you get. I got a Swap Roles key, and i sold it for 199 SG. So, i only lost 100 SG in the end. Happy ending i guess

At least you got some gems in the end, i got nothing for my "accident" of 600 sg... :)

Sorry for late respond!! I accidently bought the chest with games and got random steam cd key with very bad game i couldn't get back my gems even though i didn't redeem the game on steam :)

Haha yeah, but still it was my mistake and it is pretty easy to collect a lot of gems now
