Do levels do anything?

You need lvl 3 to get rewards but is there anything else that i can get with lvls?

When you get 6LVL then you can send SoulGems to another account.

not much other than a few soul gems and a new title

They do nothing you'll need to use, pretty much.

The higher your level the next level will reward more soul gems when you hit it. When I got level 7 I got 75 sg!

Yes you can but some stuff with level 3
