Normally fine, if a game is rejected it's normally sorted via Misty... but my last 2 games have been rejected as "i've not made a new account", even though I sent screens showing that I signed up via this site - some CS reps don't read your message to Misty and just reply with the generic ****, others actually do their job. I wish they'd get rid of the useless staff... 
Did you try asking for help on the GH discord too?

@annaz I don't really use discord but may try later, shouldn't have to though, they should employ competent staff instead of idiots who just give the same generic response to avoid doing their job.

The Misty support has been not bad recently but these last ones are just lazy & ignorant, they're just sending generic responses so they can say they've solved more tickets. I'm not that bothered about the speed but if I don't get anywhere I'll try discord, it just should be this hard, I did the work and am owed.

Thanks. quick update, been awarded for 1 of the 2 tasks. On the other I was threatend with a ban if I didn't calm down - because I told them to stop taking the ****... Don't take the **** and I won't call you on it. - another ticket raised (4th or 5th one now I think) I will get the gems I worked for.
