I cannot get the reward

i bought Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand and then i get the reward 20 minutes later. I didn't do anything to the rewaard and the next day i watch 12 videos from appzone and get 12 sg, now the notification board is full of "+1 App zone" and i clicked the 'Show all" button, after i click that button i can see the "Your reward Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand is ready to be withdrawn." but i can't get it because it can only work in the small notification board but the small one is full, help me please!

Can't you scroll down past your runes and see your rewards? It's in your equipment tab below your profile pic on the right >>>
