[HELP] How THE GAME CODE IS ALREADY BEEN ACTIVATED ?????

yesterday +12 hours ago i received [ARK: Survival Evolved steam key..] so i slept and now i woke up to use the code but it says that its already has been activated in another account WT* ????

Contact Misty about your problem... report it as a bug and they will sort it out

Misty is very strangely designed so you have to be smarter than her (them) to get what you need :)

they respond and i replied with the requirements that i have been asked and i'm waiting for the response

idk i've sent an images from when i got the game and the fact that i actually connected my steam acc to the site.. i opened the case by mistake @+ 10:15 PM late night .. i was so tired with a Discord call with friends.. why did i leave the code and not use it @ that moment? cuz i wanted to know if i can sell the game for Soul Gems after i sent it to my inventory, but i came on the next day @ +5 PM and tried to use it.. but it already activated for some reason.. i can give you any detailes you want.. idk how it works in steam since i'm not the owner of the code (or am i? cuz i got it from here)
