Contacting Misty normally works. Did you take your screenshot in windowed mode? I sent one full screen which was rejected so tried again with a windowed screen showing the taskbar and it was accepted.

First, are you absolutely sure you made a new account for the game from the link on gamehag's offer? Second, make sure in your screenshot on the left is the game window where it shows you have completed the task (put the game on windowed mode) and on the right is your gamehag profile opened. If the picture is still rejected go to your conversations, press "create a ticket" and explain your problem to Misty.
