why do i lose XP?

guys i dont understand i lose XP each day i was at level 3, 25% then i got level 2, 97% then 88 % and now im at 77%

you go down XP every day and also lose XP for spamming :)

but i did not spammed and i lose 11% each day

If you send more than 5 messages a Day in the Forums, You can lose XP.

It is quite normal to lose xp as sometimes comments do get removed for no reason in my experience. However, try to make sure your comments are useful so they are less likely to get removed and only post only about 5 comments a day. You lose xp for every comment that gets removed but you only earn for about 5 comments a day so if say you made 10 comments in a day you have the potential to lose xp from 5 more comments than you earned xp from. Also bear in mind that if you post in a thread that gets removed for spam you will lose xp too.
