sg are soulgems. It's used to redeem rewards in the rewards section. You can earn them by doing tasks, surveys, opening chests, watching ads in the tv zone, downloading the app and completing offers from offerwalls and watching ads in the ad zone. You can also get sg from playing minigames, but I don't recommend doing that because you need to be really good at them in order to get a few sg.
