The Witcher 2 is definetly cheap, if you want a good Project Red game. I think they change the prices all the time, 10 euros steam wallet got super expansive yesterday.
I'm not sure about it going down as I barely kept track of the rewards portion on here. However, I did noticed some games has a discount. Examples: Fall Guys Collector's Edition Steam CD Key which was 20,799 SG but it's at 18,399 SG for now. That's roughly around 11.5% off. GTA V was 7699 SG but it's at 7199 SG for now. Roughly 6.49% discount. So... your best bet is to hope for Cyberpunk 2077 to get a discount at least. Or like what others said... wait and see if the price decreases as time passes by.
Or maybe get a cash gift card when it goes on a discount. Like if you're on Steam... I would say get a Steam Wallet Code when it's on discount to put on your account. Maybe... just maybe... Cyberpunk 2077 might get a discount during the Steam's Winter Sale. Or a future Steam Sale. Though, I'd imagine the discount of it would be small. Like between 5 to 10% off. It's just a thought as I've done that in the past with some games that I wanted. I wait for it to go on sale on Steam.
