Reviewing article

Hey I have a complaint about some of the users who review articles, those who mark an article as a copy with saying "seems copy", "maybe a copy", "it seems not original, probably copied". Guys, if you see a well-shaped, well-structured article with image and links, those are not good reasons for calling that article a copy. If you really want to see if an article is copied from somewhere else, just copy various part of it and put that in google, see if you see those in another site or not. And after you ensure that the article is copied, put the link to the original article in your comment. Be fair and detailed guys, surely you don't want to put your time on something and make it perfect and the others argue that "because it's a beautiful article and I can't write one link that, then it's copied".
