I think you just need to do a task? According to discord faq Enchanted Frog status is as a result of 7 days without completion of a task. I'm new here though and it's a little confusing. The help page is very wordy.

Ya gotta do tasks from what I noticed. Though, I seen something on their page about keeping up with the tasks to eventually transform back into a human again. This Toad/Frog thing that GameHag has going on is very confusing.
