Some suggestion regarding voting games on forums

Greetings! My suggestion touches the context of threads like "rate the game 1-10", "how do you like the game on a scale of 1 to 100", etc. There are lots of them on various language localizations. In many cases, they can be regarded as spam, however there are "adequate" users leaving their honest and \ or detailed comments there and they may suffer from it, too. Although I generally wanted to make a couple of suggestions about this, today I'd focus on one.

In the games section and on their related forums, there is a given opportunity to rate games 1-5 stars, just like here:

It would be great if it was possible to somehow additionally highlight (in the sense of "promote") such a voting opportunity in order to avoid cluttering up with such "evaluative" threads. For example, adding some special text as "Do you like the game? Rate it here!" or smth more acceptable on Gamehag Team's view.
