When you were playing the minigames, was it on your PC? Try playing it on phone, it seems in PC version it doesn't give any Soul Gems. Anyways minigames are too consuming when it comes to time and the reward (1 Soul Gem) itself isn't worth it. Just download the app of gamehag on your phone. It has a feature called "App Zone" where you can watch 30 sec. Ads that rewards you with 1 Soul Gem, plus you can do a lot of task/contracts with your phone.
I've tried both (pc and mobile) but none seem to reward me...
you try reinstalling the app.it may be the version of the app or incompatibility of the devices
