The problem with the disappearance of the created character.

A question for those who made tasks for SAO and faced a similar issue.

In short, my problem is as follows: I created a character, completed two tasks. Later I entered the game to prepare for the 3rd task, but my character was missing, i.e. the account looked empty. There are several servers to choose from (the only difference is in the numbers), so I thought that the game had a system "1 server = 1 character", I tried to log into any server, but nothing changed.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and is this the norm?
