steam wallet rewards not available

I collected all gems for the reward but the $5 , €5 and £5 gift cards are not available, i demanded the reward (the option button). is anyone else facing the problem and does anyone know how long will it take to refill.

Yeah, that sucks... I was looking forward to $10 Steam card only to find out today that I can't get it even though I've collected enough gems. SAD

They have only ever given out 10 EUR Steam card. Never see 10 USD Steam card available.

@Dugadufer You'll notice if a reward is available when looking at it from the reward page. If they have a lightning icon at the bottom left then it is available, else you'll have to wait for however long it takes.
