A few top games on this site, like Warthunder and Star Conflict partially use a torrent connection to download your game files, without telling you beforehand. This means that your game files partially get downloaded from the computers of other gamers, and get downloaded from your computer. If you have got a slow internet/computer, I would like to recommend you to go to the settings (next to the close/minimize button on the top of the launcher) and to disable seeding

They really should have use a bandwidth detection system to decide whether to seed or not. Windows has that and not many people complained when the torrent download thingy was implemented (beside the privacy and the FOSS community, as usual.)
