I am so, so sorry because you've faced such an issue.
The reason you're encountering this issue is that the item you want to purchase is out of stock.
Misty can't help because I don't think that the support team is in charge of the restocks.
Unfortunately, I can't do anything about it nor Misty.
That's because Gamehag is in charge of the restocks, and you'll have to wait patiently for a restock.
Be patient, and I'm sure that Gamehag will restock the item you're seeking very soon :)
