I reported to fyber, and they say they can do nothing about it. It was about this same task (Lord Mobile), just lost my time :/ unfortunately

The only task that worked for me was the Final Fantasy one. I'd received my gems as soon as I reached castle level 10

I see a lot of people who say they don't get their contract rewards, but did any of you reported it to fyber and actually got his gems? I want to try completing the Lord Mobile task because is is very rewarding but not sure if I should put effort.
