15 Wins and still rejected?????

Hello when you are in game chack your profile search the medals button... missions and ther is a red ribbon it's counting all your wins.

Why don't you send Misty a question. Not sure if your problem will be fixed, but it beats doing nothing about.

I sent a screenshot of the medal sections where my 15 wins were clearly visible and it was rejected. There isn't much I can do with Misty for help.
