There's three columns. One with x2 in WHITE, one with x2 in GREEN, and one with x11 in YELLOW.
You spend 100/200/500 soul gems on one column.
An RNG will pick a random number. If the number matches the color of the column you'be bet on, you your soul gems back, times the number of the column.
eg: If you bet 500 SG on the YELLOW column, and the number is 23 YELLOW, you'll win 500 SG x 11 = 5500 SG
That said, keep in mind that it's like a slot machine in Vegas. You'll probably end up losing more gems than you'll earn. The above scenario is the dream scenario, but don't let it deceive you.
