how long does it take for your article to get rated?

usually when I spam an article( for some reason I stopped doing that now) it takes up to 1 hour to get rated but this time when I did not spam and actually tried .... its been nearly 2 days and i'm not sure if its rated or not.... because it does not have the ' ur article being rated' thing but neither does it have ' ur article has been rejected' and the other one I dont know what it is because I've never had my article accepted did you experience this before? if yes please tell me what is going to happen.
