Battle.Net itself is weird, it works for me only in Russian Rubles while I'm not in Russia and I have no legal means to upload Rubles because my country - Ukraine - have banned all Russian payment processors and my ISP simply restricts my access to such services. I even don't know at which rate to convert these Rubles on site. Still It wants me to use Rubbles and says on site "wallet in your country currency". Wanting to have USD is a dream. I wish I can have at least EUR, not some random Rubles as my balance.
