It's not a scam, if you had a problem with submitting the screenshot , try submiting again, it should work. If it doesn't message Misty and it will be solved by a staff member

It looks pretty much like a scam! I did upload it 3 times, with a valid screenshot, still not accepted, contact support 2 times already, first time they say upload again, 2nd time they say, you did send that screenshot before, we can't accept, make a new one. I did now, if they refuse it I will report this site
