it never works for me. i recommend doing all the tasks you need to do on pc. For me, the only good thing about mobile is the system where you watch an ad for 30 seconds and it gives you a soulgem.
Hasn't ever worked for me and I don't even think they accept screenshots as evidence that you completed it like they do for pc ones, which I think is a bit dumb
