You need to contact the support, under the tasks there's a link "Do you have any issues with your task? Click here" you click there, write your issue, you'll get an email and you'll need to send a screenshot through e-mail, and you'll get it in a day or two.
The contracts don't really work. If they work, you just got lucky. I recommend to not waste your time on contracts.
