    so i waited 24 hours to open a chest and collected 3500 gems in the days it said to collect them in but when i got to open the chest it says i need to collect another 3500 gems why is that

    You need to collect 3500 gems from the moment the chest appeared in your inventory, not 3500 gems overall.
