Not really, but you get gems from the cheap games.

Data Hacker: Reboot sold for 600 gems, 2 elements sold for 200sg each, 1 project starship(very +ve ratings on steam but still) sold for 300 or 400 sg (dont remember).
my best item was AWP - SAFARI MESH ( 350 SG), and low games like Castle Defender and liquid.... sold them for 200SG each..
