I don't get the reward

Hey it says that if u get citadel lvl 10 in final fantasy then you will get 1000 gems.... But I didnt get any gems.... I'm in lvl 10 Plz help

me i get my reward (gems) but i dpn't get my prize when i open a chest

Stuff is weird on this site. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. May have more to do with the ad provider and less to do with the parent site.

Just an FYI if ANYONE has used your IP address to download/install the app you are trying to get a reward on you won't get it. If you read the print on these, it normally say you have to be a new user.

Yea I didn't get my reward either, you should talk to misty

just go to talk to misty and she will help you and you need screan shoot to send to them and it can take up to 72 hours waiting for reword
