The question is wrong. It should be 'Is it worth it' instead of 'Is it hard'. If you look around, you can see that a lot of people have problems with this particular game, because they do the task and don't recieve their SG. You can try, but you may not get your SG either.
Some folks from discord say we could always PM their support agents if there's a problem.

In 2 days, I've completed this FFXV tasks and got my citadel level to 10 but the reward is a scam lol. They didn't reward me anything fck.
