I mean so far the support here was pretty nice( talked a bit with customer support after getting banned over VPN(it is against the rules even though they dont say so!) and a person named Chris was really nice and helpful) so I am pretty positive about it being delivered.

Mine didn't arrive yet either. They said that they are experiencing delivery problems when I contacted them. Also, if you check the rewards section and click on the 5€ Steam gift card, it says it's currently unavailable.
