I think they get problems cause their screenshots always get refused and then they complain about it on the forums
what screen you took for it? does it need to include account? how they know it's you? i think those might has problem. thanks

I see so many people complaining about their screenshots being refused after days of waiting... But after doing the tasks for 2 games (SAO and Forge of Empires) and both of them getting accepted in less them 5 minutes, I'm starting to think that you're doing something wrong. Since my game of Forge of Empires was in hungarian, it can't be that it's because of the different languages. The only thing I can think about is people using their phone or something to take screenshots instead of using screen capture on their PC...
