He needs to earn 1000 SG, then you get your 200. It's very hard to get ref points if the user that used your link doesn't like the web.
You should help him to get gems faster. Like making tasks, playing mini games, creating trheads, taking contracts and stuff like that. Oh... And codes, that's very very important.
