I really don't know what else to do. And that misty guy... I send a few mp but I don't get any answer. Atleast they should tell us why we get refused.

I already wrote to Misty and she answered the "possible reasons" why you can be refused. I realized that my screenshot from Naruto didn't show the "battle of the bridge" instance completed. So I took another and send it again. I accept that it was my fault... but for X Hunter, I did everything okay but still got refused. I lvl up the game to 31 and took a screenshot were it shows the lvl stats perfectly. I hope I don't get refused again :p
