I think the people checking the screenshots don't know how to read them... The points title is near the level item and I think it confuses them. I have sent an annotated screenshot to them pointing this out but it has been refused twice. It is in for appeal at the moment. Watch this space!

He means use picture editing software to add text to the screenshot saying 'Here are the points' with a big arrow pointing to the points.

I tried doing this multiple times, the last time I even circled and wrote things down... what am I doing wrong? Is there an area where is shows like a bubble or something when you earn stuff... or does it actually mean earn 200 points in one single thing... I just can't quite figure it out...

Try taking a screenshot of the ENTIRE PAGE, and you can try highliting the points, it worked for me, hope this helps.
