I uploaded my screenshot twice and it says that my account isn't new. I clicked on 'play for free' yet it's not working. My in-game nick is exactly the same as here. Does anyone know the solution to this issue?

How much soul gems are being rewarded for that task. I think different counries have different rewards.

There is either some sort of bug with this offer, or dowright foul play. I had never even heard of this game before, and once I registered via "play for free" and started playing, my bank was at level 10 from the start. I thought "what the heck, must be some sort of bonus" and submitted the proof for task 1. This was rejected, on the grounds that I did not install the game as a "first time", which is 100% FALSE.

As I said: either a bug, or foul play.

Advice for all those planning to do the task(s): if you start it for the first time and the bank is higher than the level mentioned on the task, don't bother with the thing — this implicitly includes my personal rating of the game: pretty much appauling; if it isn't for the tasks, I wouldn't bother playing it.
