@hhhhjh - looking at, if you comment those 5 times a day, none of it is taken as spam. then it takes 6 days to get to level 3. as its 300xp required.
its possible to buy things like paypal in the rewards -> store section. so yes, you can :)
when you got a steam account, it will have a level under your profile page (top right cornor) its can be leveled up by owning games, doing diffrent things on the steam platform, and crafting badges with trading cards.
