Where is my gems?

I completed the mıssons and ı take screenshot (everything seemed clear) but it was rejected.What did ı do wrong? What should ı do ? Anyone help pls.

I have been rejected 5 times with the war thunder quest. I have uploaded 5 different screenshots that clearly shows my in-game name "Spirithex1" and more than 5 wins. I now have over 30 victories. Screenshots were from "account details" and "battle history" also tried "window mode" and still got rejected. Does anyone have any idea how to make a screenshot for Gamehag?
